   In addition to carrying on the business of the practice of law, I derive other income by acting as a Mediator & Estate Trustee/Executor.

   I am on the Roster of Mediators approved by the Ministry of the Attorney General in Ontario to Mediate disputes under the Mandatory Mediation programme. Please contact me should you wish to retain my services as a Mediator or Arbitrator.

   I act as an Executor / Estate Trustee in many Estates. My fees are lower than those charged by my main competitors: the various Trust Companies. Please contact me should you wish to retain my services as an Executor / Estate Trustee.
