   In addition to carrying on the business of the practice of law, I derive other income by acting as a Mediator & Estate Trustee/Executor.

   In 1999 I was chosen to be included on the Roster of Mediators approved by the Ministry of the Attorney General in Ontario to mediate disputes under the Mandatory Mediation programme. All of my mediation services are provided through ADR Chambers Inc. ("ADR Ch").
